Golden Path Transportation, LLC

1. Services Provided

Golden Path Transportation, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides pre-scheduled, non-emergency private transportation services within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Services include, but are not limited to, airport transportation, medical appointment transportation, local private rides, corporate travel, long-distance rides, and transportation for concerts and special events.

We do not provide emergency medical transportation or ambulance services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All transportation services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is not considered confirmed until acknowledged by Golden Path Transportation, LLC.

Same-day and after-hours bookings (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM) are subject to availability and may include additional fees.

3. Pricing & Fees

All pricing is communicated prior to service and is based on service type, distance, time, and availability.

Key Pricing Policies Include:

• Base fares include a specified mileage allowance where applicable

• Additional mileage, wait time, extended appointments, after-hours service, and special requests may incur additional charges

• Medical appointment waiting time is billed at $15.00 per 30-minute increment beyond standard appointment duration

All rates are subject to confirmation prior to service.

4. Medical Transportation Disclaimer

Medical appointment transportation is non-emergency only. Golden Path Transportation, LLC does not provide medical care, medical supervision, or patient handling beyond reasonable assistance with entering and exiting the vehicle.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are medically stable to travel.

5. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with Virginia service agreement practices:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged the full service fee

• Special events, medical transportation, and long-distance services may have stricter cancellation terms

6. Credit Card on File Authorization

By booking services with Golden Path Transportation, LLC, you authorize us to securely maintain a credit card on file.

The credit card on file will be charged for:

• Cancellations within 24 hours

• No-shows

• Unused confirmed services

• Applicable wait time or additional fees

This authorization remains valid once a booking is confirmed.

7. Delays & Service Interruptions

Pickup and drop-off times are estimated and may be impacted by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Golden Path Transportation, LLC is not liable for missed flights, appointments, events, or connections due to such delays.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information

• Conduct themselves respectfully and safely during transport

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Virginia law, Golden Path Transportation, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transportation services.

10. Changes to Terms

Golden Path Transportation, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

12. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a booking request, confirming service, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
