Golden Path Transportation, LLC is committed to providing reliable and professional transportation services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

All payments made for transportation services are subject to the terms below. Refunds are determined based on the type of service booked and the timing of cancellation.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy addresses the following issues: the timeframe for requesting a refund; whether the refund will be full or partial; the conditions under which the customer will receive a refund; and more.

Cancellations by Customer

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Medical Appointments

  • Medical transportation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable due to scheduling and availability commitments.

Special Events, Concerts & Long-Distance Rides

  • Payments for special events, concerts, private events, and long-distance rides are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • These services require advance scheduling and dedicated availability.

Service Interruptions

Refunds may be issued at the company’s discretion if:

  • The service is canceled by Golden Path Transportation, LLC due to unforeseen circumstances

  • A significant service failure occurs that prevents completion of the ride

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered if:

  • A trip is shortened due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control

  • The service cannot be completed as originally agreed

Non-Refundable Charges

  • No-shows

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • Services already rendered

  • Additional wait time, detours, or special requests once service has begun

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when applicable

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process
